Reliable manufacturing for furniture brands and product owners
We support our partners from the initial product discussion and technical evaluation through prototyping and recurring production. Our approach is focused on efficiency, consistent quality, realistic planning, and building a production process that can be repeated reliably over the long term
Initial Discussion & Product Analysis
We start by understanding the product idea, its intended use, technical requirements, expected volumes, materials, quality expectations, and target delivery conditions. At this stage, we also evaluate how well the product fits the combined manufacturing capabilities of our group companies.
Technical Consultation & Feasibility
Together with our client, we review the product construction, materials, fittings, manufacturing methods, and other technical details. Where appropriate, we propose practical adjustments that can improve manufacturability, consistency, cost efficiency, or product quality.
Prototype & Validation
Before recurring production begins, we manufacture a prototype or pilot unit to verify the construction, materials, functionality, appearance, and production methods. The result is reviewed together with our partner and adjusted where necessary before final approval
Agreement & Production Plan
Once the product, commercial conditions, and technical requirements are agreed, we define the framework for cooperation. This includes expected production volumes, lead times, quality requirements, responsibilities, packaging, and an agreed production and delivery schedule
Serial Production Preparation
We prepare the product for repeatable manufacturing by confirming technical documentation, materials, components, fittings, production instructions, and quality-control requirements. Required materials and externally sourced components are coordinated before regular production starts.
Recurring Production
Once the technical information and required materials are confirmed, the project moves into manufacturing. We coordinate production, quality control, and any related external processes to ensure the agreed specifications are met. Continuous optimization is always on our "right hand".
Contract manufacturing works best when the product is well aligned with the manufacturing capabilities of our group. Our objective is to act as a long-term production partner rather than simply coordinate subcontractors, allowing us to maintain greater control over quality, cost, lead time, and production consistency.
