From there, we work through a clear and transparent process of pricing, planning, technical development, sourcing, and manufacturing — with responsibility for the result at every stage.
Project Analysis
We review the project scope, technical requirements, materials, quantities, deadlines, and production feasibility. At this stage, we also evaluate how well the project requirements match the combined capabilities of our group companies and identify key risks or constraints before moving forward.*
Price Calculation
Based on the agreed project scope and available technical information, we prepare a realistic and transparent quotation covering the required production, materials, external components, and related services.
Agreement & Project timeline
Once the project scope, price, and key conditions are agreed, we confirm the cooperation terms and establish a realistic project timeline. The schedule defines the main milestones, responsibilities, approval dates, and expected production period, creating a clear framework for project execution
Technical Drawings & Approval
We prepare and review detailed technical drawings, construction solutions, materials, and specifications. Production preparation continues once the required technical information is agreed and approved.
Materials & Component Supply
We arrange the required materials, components, fittings, and subcontracted items needed for the project. Where external suppliers are involved, we coordinate their scope, timing, and quality as part of the overall project responsibility.*
Production
Once the technical information and required materials are confirmed, the project moves into manufacturing. We coordinate production, quality control, and any related external processes to ensure the agreed specifications are met.
* As FURNIX is part of a wider manufacturing group, we first assess the project against the combined capabilities of our group companies. We generally do not accept projects where more than approximately 30% of the total project scope falls outside our group's manufacturing capabilities, as our core focus is manufacturing rather than subcontract management
